Welcome! I’m Ilse Segers, a purpose-driven trainer and learning and development expert with over 20 years of experience in fostering growth and transformation. My journey from a scientific background to my passion for human interactions has equipped me with a unique perspective, blending analytical insights with empathetic learning facilitation.
As a seasoned professional in learning and development, I specialize in creating impactful learning experiences tailored to individual and team needs. My background in the pharmaceutical industry has provided a solid foundation in both scientific and skills-based training, allowing me to design learning journeys that drive real change.
Since 2023 I started my own business Learning Journey! Dividing my time as a trainer and L&D expert.
